What is Boot Camp 45 all about?

In just two sessions a week for six weeks, your body will be challenged and your mind will be stimulated. Our range of activities, combined with monitored heart rate zone training using MyZone technology, are designed to get you fitter and stronger faster! #GOALS

Here’s a taste of what you can expect in a Boot Camp 45 experience:

  • Activities from circuit training and boxing, to endurance running, team based drills and challenging exercises using various equipment such as ropes, tyres, kettlebells, sleds and medicine balls.
  • Instructors who are highly qualified Personal Trainers and understand the results you want and how to get there.
  • A combination of outdoor and indoor training to mix up the training environment and keep things fresh.

  • November 4th to December 11th
  • February 3rd to March 16th
  • March 23rd to May 4th

Session will run for 45 minutes on Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6am for 12 sessions (not including public holidays).
